Sabre Awarded ITES-3S through JOINT VENTURE SDI

The Army Contracting Command, Rock Island (ACC-RI) awarded a prime contract to the Sabre/DCS/i3 (SDI) Joint Venture (JV), comprised of Sabre Systems, Inc., DCS Corp., and Integration Innovation, Inc. (i3) for the enterprise wide Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – 3 Services (ITES-3S) contract. The ITES-3S is an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract with a $12.1 billion ceiling and a nine-year total period of performance with a five-year base and four one-year option periods.

The ITES-3S contract award allows SDI access to task orders, which cover a full range of services and solutions to support the Army enterprise IT infrastructure worldwide. The technical scope of the contract includes Cybersecurity Services, IT Services, Enterprise Design, Integration, and Consolidation, Network Systems Operation and Maintenance, Telecommunications Systems Operation and Maintenance, Business Process Reengineering, IT Supply Chain Management, and IT Education and Training.
